DELIVERY SCHEDULE

At Hay Country, we handle all deliveries with our own vans (within local delivery areas), so you’re in good hands. You'll see either the company owners Mark or Kim or our Director of Operations Ashley personally delivering your order on delivery day, we are a true small Family Farm business.

Hay Country now uses Circuit to assist us on delivery day. This system will send you a text reminder the morning of your delivery, as well as a text that your order has been delivered. For apartment and condo residents please provide us your door access code and we will buzz you upon arrival and deliver your order to your door. House residents: if you would like your order placed somewhere other than the front door, please leave a note at checkout or email us your request.

Please note for orders being shipped we always choose the cheapest shipping option for you unless requested otherwise to use a specific carrier. The website only currently quotes Canada Post but we typically ship via Canpar, UPS, Purolator, FedEx and Canada Post.

All orders being mailed take 2-3 business days to pack and be shipped out *this does not include shipping time which may very depending on location*

Order Cut off time is NOON (12 pm) the day before delivery unless otherwise noted on the delivery dates below. Mailed and shipped orders will be packed in 2 - 4 business days.

Friday July 3rd: London, Woodstock, St Thomas, Ingersoll , Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo, New Hamburg, St. Jacobs and places in between.

Delivery day Full orders received before noon on Thursday July 2nd will be delivered Monday July 6th: Toronto, Etobicoke, Markham, Thornhill, Richmond Hill, Woodbridge, Concord, Vaughn, Scarborough, Ajax, Whitby, Pickering, Oshawa, North York.

Orders Received for the above delivery zone after noon on July 2nd will be delivered on July 12th.

Wednesday July 8th: Mississauga, Waterdown, Burlington, Oakville, Brampton, Acton, Georgetown, Milton, Guelph.

Thursday July 9th: New Market, Aurora, Barrie, Alliston, Shelbourne, Orangeville, Erin, Caledon, Bolton, Elora, Innisfil and the small towns in between. This is a once monthly delivery only.

Sunday July 12th: Toronto, Etobicoke, Markham, Thornhill, Richmond Hill, Woodbridge, Concord, Vaughn, Scarborough, Ajax, Whitby, Pickering, Oshawa, North York.

Tuesday July 14th: Niagara, Niagara On the Lake, Brantford, Caledonia, Hamilton, Ancaster, Dundas, Binbrook, Dunnville, Port Colborne, Fort Erie, St Catharines, Fonthill, Simcoe, Beamsville, Grimsby, Welland and Stoney Creek and places in between.

Thursday July 16th: London, Woodstock, St Thomas, Ingersoll , Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo, New Hamburg, St. Jacobs and places in between.

Monday July 20th: Toronto, Etobicoke, Markham, Thornhill, Richmond Hill, Woodbridge, Concord, Vaughn, Scarborough, Ajax, Whitby, Pickering, Oshawa, North York.

Wednesday July 22nd: Mississauga, Waterdown, Burlington, Oakville, Brampton, Acton, Georgetown, Milton, Guelph.

Stratford and area deliveries will be delivered in 2-3 business days.

Please Note: All scheduled delivery dates are subject to change based upon weather conditions. Your understanding is appreciated.

Not in our delivery zones? We send orders via Canada Post, UPS, Canpar and Fed Ex, on farm pick up available or you can meet us on delivery day in a zone we service by delivery. Orders being shipped take 2-3 business days for us to pack and ship out in addition to shipping time.
