Refund policy
Refunds & Exchanges:
Exchanges for a different size may be possible or refunds are possible, providing the item has not been used, modified or damaged in any way. Please return your merchandise in its original, new, unused, unmodified condition, with a copy of the sales invoice, within 10 days for an exchange excluding original shipping/delivery expenses.
Please email us at info@haycountry.ca prior to doing so and explain what you now require. If the goods arrive in used, worn, modified and/or damaged condition no exchange or return will be possible. The original shipping charges WILL be deducted as well as a 25% re-stocking fee (on the original price of the original item) and additional shipping charges for the replacement size will be invoiced as well. No replacement items will be shipped until these charges are paid in full.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept “freight collect” returns. Shipping charges are not refundable, unless we made an error with the original shipment.
We suggest that you send via insured ground mail. Retain your proof of postage/shipping, etc as you may require it in the event of a claim.
Items damaged in transit - Remember it is your responsibility to ensure that the goods that you are returning arrive at our warehouse damage free.
Items to be returned should be properly protected with all the packaging we used to send it to you, or appropriate shipping packaging material. Ensure that you re-wrap and properly seal the package, and clearly mark your name and address on the return package.
No exchange or refund will be offered for the returned product until it is inspected and found free of any damage from the resulting wear, transportation and repackaging.
We MAY offer a refund on unworn, unused, unmodified and undamaged products once it has been returned and we have examined it. A 25% re-stocking fee will apply in all cases, and original shipping costs will also be deducted from any refund made. It is also the sole responsibility of the customer to pay for the return shipping to us and to ensure that the item arrives damage free to our warehouse.
For any items items that we are scheduled to deliver, within our specified Delivery Zones, if a Missed Delivery occurs, there is a $10.00 Missed Delivery Charge per occurrence.
