2nd cut Timothy Hay

2024 Cut- Second cut hay is the second cut that is harvested from the field each summer.  Second cut has a softer texture normally however this seasons cut has some thicker stems that have seed heads so that will reflect in the texture making it a mix of soft and crunchy stems.  Samples available upon request ( free)

These 2nd cut bales are lighter in weight than typically in the past (prices will reflect this change). No change in mini bales. Bales equal the same price/lbs

Weight may vary between bales the following weights are approximate

Full Bales- 25 lbs or 11 kg

Half Bale -12.5 lbs or 5.5 kg

Mini Bales- 2.2 lbs or 1 kg

Full bale size- approximately 31x16x13 Inches (some may vary in length)
